If you are skeptical about selecting a graphic designer from the internet, don’t be! Elias and his team ARE WONDERFUL! Before I met Elias, I interacted with two other designers. Things didn’t pan out for various reasons. At times, communication was skewed. I believe that when there’s push-back or resistance, you should always let go and be guided from within. This is what I did. I posted a Thumbtack ad and Elias was one of the first to reach out. I loved his professional approach and definitely his professional profile with all the creatively designed work. I reached out to Elias, and from that day onward he was responsive, answering all questions immediately! There was not a day that went past, which I reached out and he didn’t reach back that same day. We spoke on the phone once, so he could get a clear understanding of my start-up business and things I needed done (App icon, Logo, and Ebook cover). Afterwards, we communicated by email and any explanations or revisions I requested, he understood and delivered great work each time.
